Support

We read every message. Write to support@owlbrightstudio.com and tell us which game you play, your phone model and Android version. We usually reply within two working days.

Restore a Pro purchase

Open the game, go to Settings and tap Restore purchase. Make sure your phone is online and signed in to the same Google account you used to buy Pro. Pro is linked to that account, so it also works after reinstalling or on a new phone.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play. You can request a refund on Google Play's refund page. If that does not work, write to support@owlbrightstudio.com with your order number (it starts with GPA.).

Ads

• Our games never show ads in the middle of a question or level, and none in your first rounds.
• If a video for a hint is not available, the game shows "No video right now". Try again a little later; it depends on ads available in your region.
• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can change your ad consent under Settings > Ad privacy choices.
• Pro removes all ads.

Progress and devices

Your progress is saved on your phone. It is not synced between devices and is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its storage.

Spoken answers

Games that read answers aloud use your phone's own text-to-speech voice. If you hear nothing, install a voice for your language in Android settings (System > Languages > Text-to-speech output), or turn speech off in the game's settings.
