Owlbright publishes small games and apps for Android. Our games have no accounts, and most of them have no server of their own: your progress stays on your phone. This policy explains what applies to all of our apps and to this website. Each app also has its own privacy policy with the exact details:

Who is responsible

This website

owlbrightstudio.com has no accounts, no contact forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.

Data in our games and apps

On your phone: progress, results, settings and purchase status are stored in the app's own storage and are never sent to us.
Advertising: the free versions show ads through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects your advertising ID, IP address, app interactions and diagnostic information to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice in the app's settings.
Purchases: Pro purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your name, email address or payment details.
Apps with optional online features (for example cloud backup or schedule sharing) process only the data described in that app's privacy policy.

Children

Our games are made for players aged 13 and over and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. See Delete your data for step-by-step instructions.

When our data use changes, we update this page and the effective date above.

Daten in unseren Spielen und Apps

Auf deinem Handy: Fortschritt, Ergebnisse, Einstellungen und Kaufstatus bleiben im App-Speicher und werden nie an uns gesendet.
Werbung: Die kostenlosen Versionen zeigen Anzeigen über Google AdMob. Das Google Mobile Ads SDK erhebt Werbe-ID, IP-Adresse, App-Interaktionen und Diagnosedaten, um Anzeigen auszuliefern, zu messen und Betrug zu verhindern. Im EWR, im Vereinigten Königreich und in der Schweiz wirst du vorher um Einwilligung gebeten und kannst deine Wahl in den Einstellungen der App ändern.
Käufe: Pro-Käufe wickelt ausschließlich Google Play ab. Wir sehen weder Namen noch E-Mail-Adresse noch Zahlungsdaten.
Apps mit freiwilligen Online-Funktionen (etwa Cloud-Backup oder Teilen eines Schichtplans) verarbeiten nur die Daten, die in der Datenschutzerklärung der jeweiligen App beschrieben sind.

Kinder

Unsere Spiele richten sich an Spieler ab 13 Jahren und nicht an Kinder. Wir erheben wissentlich keine personenbezogenen Daten von Kindern unter 13 Jahren.

Deine Rechte
